3 cups tightly packed fresh basil leaves
1tbsp lime or lemonjuice
1/3 cup olive(or canola)oil
1/3 maple syrup

Shred it in a mixer/food processer until creamy and no chunks leaved.

Then add

1cup walnuts(or other..mixed are ok,too)
1/3 cup(roasted) walnut oil or oil or your choice
1 tbsp sourcream/soyghurt/...
2-4 garlic cloves(Especially delicious:Bake a head of garlic in your oven!
Pierce the garlic head with a fork or make some slits with your knife,
drizzle it with a little oil and a dash of salt, wrap in alu foil, then bake up to 20 min..its done,if the centre is goldenbrown an like butter.
You can squeeze them out of their skins. The rest keeps fresh in the fridge for a week)
Mince all until creamy.

Add some fresh grated lemon zest, pinch of salt/pepper.
The dip will thicken in the fridge, maybe you have to thin it bevor serving.

Enjoy with raw veggie sticks, fresh bread or over rice,potatoes,...
